3M Precise MW310LE Mouse Pad (Black)

I received a brand-new product in original packing. Hand support is soft comapared to the one i had earlier. but i fear how many years it will last. since it is 3M product i hope it should last more. i liked the product overall within nothign to complain except that the product was sold at full MRP of 1500 rs... no discount , even for an online purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it in October 2020 when I was on carona vacation in my native place. I bought it for Rs1800 at that time but got shocked to see the current price. May be in 2020, it was costlier but I wanted best in the market that time. The best wfh gear along with mechanical keyboard and mouse.I am still using it everyday and no odour, no bent, not damage just the white color top became little beige in some places. That's my mistake because I did not care much about the top of the white surface all these years. After seeing the current price I need to take care of it.I strongly suggest and recommend it for who wants to keep the best wfh gear at home. It is little heavy may be half kilo not sure. I am writing this review after 3 years after seeing the current price of it.

I had the typical wrist pain issues because of using the mouse all day, in my WFH set-up and this helped in solving that problem for me.1 star less because the mouse pad has started to turn upwards from the top left and right edges and for the price I paid, this is unacceptable.None the less, the wrist rest is great and works wonders.

1. Product is as advertised2. Good surface for mouse3. Gel wrist pad is quite large4. Personal experience is that the pad tends to warp upwards along Left and Right vertical edges over time and this makes it difficult to use cause it impacts mouse efficiency.

Go for it, I'm happy now as its released me from pain

I bought this super expensive mousepad based on the 3M brand however it has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. Within a couple of a weeks, the mouse pad started to curl upwards as you can see from the images. Since the time for return on Amazon was over, I reached out to 3M customer support sometime in May. Their online support would always respond that the matter is being looked into. After multiple follow ups, I finally received a call from someone stating that a replacement piece will be available sometime in August/September and they will replace it. Good - atleast the company understands the problem and wanted to help. Yesterday I receive another call from someone else who first asks me when the mousepad started to curl. Since I did not have exact dates in front of me I replied within a few days of purchase. To my utter surprise, the fellow had the audacity to berate me by saying why I did not request Amazon for a refund instead of contacting 3M! Haha, this was amazing ... as if it was my mistake to have contacted 3M. Anyways so after having given me his advice, he went on to repeat the same thing as the previous caller that the item would be replaced in August/September. So here I am, spent a good amount of money, spent a good amount of time back-forth with customer support, received unwanted advice and have to wait for a month or two for a replacement. I will update this review once I get a replacement and use it.
