Incredio Shake-A-Meal - 500 g (Mango)

And i just started to help her in losing some weight (i lost 7 kg 3 months ago by just low calorie nutritional diet without shakes or protein powders like this only homemade healthy foods and low carb diet moslty vegges and whole food like daliya upma n all ..very less roti n rice and ..)..So ofc lot of factors dependI am giving this with strict low calorie diet.. But please remember in low calorie dietYou really need to have very nutritional foods.. ( otherwise u can have prob like. I experienced hairfall after 3 month ..so do take care )as my sister she is a banker she is also on low calorie diet (by chance not intentionally) but that comes from fast foods and she is getting fatter day by day..Nutrition and excercise is what help in weight loss ( mostly but not if u have some medical reasons for being overweight) . And about how long u will feel full is .. Max 3 hrActually if you drink it with too much milk that is also problem ( my sis cant digest milk, causes her heaviness and indigestion)So take care how much milk quantity u should have ..it should not give digestion problemsThen instead of 1 big serving ..You can have it in small quantity 2 time a day ..Product delivered today.. I am using incredio from past 3 years and it worka very well and but the product i order feom Amazon taste different even the spoon provided inside the box is of different brand ....I am concerned that this is fake product.

Very good quality sick

I was happy customer but these days, product packing says its Mango flavor but inside powder is of Vanilla. I reported this three times but no care from Incredio. I think there is some big mistake at production facility. I wonder mango flavor lover customers doesn't report it to Amazon. I have decided not to buy from this product Amazon henceforth. It feels like cheating customers who believe in products success.

This is an average quality product, and the reviews I see here are surely paid for by the manufacturer. I have used this for 15 days ( 2 times per day ) while taking normal food only once per day. I exercise 1 hour every day. Not much effect on weight, just a mild reduction. Doesn't matter.The MRP sticker says it costs Rs. 1150. No one will buy this 500 gms jar for that amount of money. In my opinion, this is costly meal replacement, and may be you need 2 to 3 jars in a month.

Easy to prepare , low calorie meal

I have tried herbalife product and this also. This is quite good as a meal replacement shake but I think herbalife has more flavor added to it for which I have reduced one star. Otherwise about nutrient content and other things I am not an expert. Good for its price.

By the name itself is incredible. My weight was 98.3 kgs, Within three weeks my weight reduced to 91 kgs. I lost 7.3 Kgs without any exercise. I took 2 scoops(provided in pack) along with low fat milk 1 glass during meals there by skipping meals. Time of taking it is a little tricky, take the dose when start to feel little hungry. You will feel little hungry initially then every thing will be alright later. In this way you can skip meals for more than 3-4 hrs for my body weight.
