Extraordinarily Powerful...
A beautifully written book that offers practical wisdom/steps to deal with your fears. The first thing I felt was the genuineness of the author - written in simple language, the book immediately gives us a sense of devotion the author has, to really help a person overcome her fear. I started to feel very peaceful, even as I was reading the simple, yet effective and powerful prayers. Here too, "mindfulness" plays a big part and forms the key to Thich Nhat Hanh's writings, his philosophy. Though a quick read, a one time read isn't enough as this 'conversation' will take us through our deepest fears, our most vulnerable self and to properly digest these perspectives ; a few re-reads might be required..

Its an awesome instant healing book.Trust me I have read many CBT bestelling books but just reading this book calms my anxieties and fears when I was in anxiety provoking situaltions.Get the book,its simple but amazing.Truely godsent to me.I was so impressed that on seocnd day itself I ordered this author's bestselling classic guide on meditation.He doesnot preach at all.

Good Read
I came across the author from one of the podcast and got extremely interested to read more. The concept is breathtaking but what I felt is that the concept was repetitive. Its like reading the same line in different sentence structure. But its extremely simple to understand and valuable knowledge.

Written in simple English yet so effective
Thich Nhat Hanh is my favourite author on the subject of mindfulness and spirituality. This particular book has some practical tips and exercises to manage your fears. Very well written

Print quality looks like a pirated copy
This is review is not about the quality of the content - anything by Thich Nhat Hanh is top notch. This is more about the print quality. It doesn't seem like an original Penguin Publication. There's no hologram or any other indicator of authenticity. The quality of pages, cover, the typography is very similar to the pirated books that are sold on Traffic Signals. It will be great if Amazon can avoid giving a platform for third rate sellers to sell pirated products.

This books is really awesome and have a deep insight of fear how it emerges and how not to overpower it in your life with great mediatation practice .
