Q: My son has a little bit of an odd shape. He's on the shorter side but very solid.Are returns accepted if the costume doesn't fit?

My son is 5. He is very short for his age. I ordered 5 to 7 year old and washed on cold water and dried on low heat. It fit well. I do not know about returns.

Q: What is the material this costume is made of?

Pants seem like a cotton base, the top may have some Lycra, more silky feel. Overall it is a very nice costume, not cheap material. My son had no complaints about being itchy like some costumes can be.
