Work Great
Been using a set for 4 months and have had absolutely no issues. I'm using them in a detached garage and I am transmitting data through my garage sub panel and my main house 200 amp panel to my router, probably 120 - 140 feet.

Failed after two hours.
This was obtained as an upgrade to an older powerline ethernet adapter kit for the security camera mounted on our detached garage, and it worked good for two hours before failing. Resetting and re-everything did not get it to work again. Returning this.

500Mbps but with a 100/10 Ethernet interface
I bought expecting a gigabit interface since it said 500mbps all over the place, but I was disappointed to find out that the speed is only 10/100mbps, my wifi is faster then this (got 75mbps with this thing and 140mbps with wifi using the same test). For those of you that want this to extend your fiber gigabit connection, it is not for you.

Worth it
Worked great out of the box. Mixed them with some Rosewill branded power adapters and they all worked fine with each other. Good product.
