This a terrific product for painting
This a terrific product for painting, landscape trimming or cleaning gutters. It has heavy duty wheels which lock into place and sides which folded inward to make moving it easy. Because it all aluminum, the three platforms are easily removable and can be repositioned as well. As a women, this 6' aluminum scaffolding was easy for me to setup, move and feel safe on it.

light weight and great for painting
Granted, this is expensive, but it is light weight. Even my wife can unfold it and take it in use and fold it back when she is done. Great for painting, non-heavy construction type home projects. If you are in heavy construction, you will have to go with steel.

Great Scaffold
We have a two story house and my husband does most of the maintenance on it, so he was very happy with this scaffold. He also uses it to clean the tops of our Airstream and his car trailer. Before he had this scaffold, he fell off the ladder once when cleaning the Airstream...now he has a stable place to stand while doing his work. It is very sturdy and useful.

Really handy for many home uses. BUT maybe today only you can save over 100 dollars on two other on line sites. Check review.
Love this particular item for home use. It's light weight and I in my 60's at 5 feet and husband in his 70's at 6 foot can move it about our large multi level...three level home not counting basement and attic areas. But Alert this is way over priced today maybe not tomorrow but todays seller on Amazon is priced at just under 550 dollars. List price is in the 400 range. So about 150 is going to that FREE SHIPPING no doubt to cover it.Check out the Wally worlds price..though it attaches with aprox. 79 shipping combined with just under 300...well do the math folks that's over 100 savings. There is another on line store too called toolchest dot com you got it for a few dollars more than wallys world. I love Amazon but once in a while these days with increases with shipping even hidden shipping if you are on a tight budget then by all means go SHOPPING. Google can be our best friend for this. Not always easy I know. But oh yeah. Tomorrow the prices may jump on these other two sites and go down on this one. I have found however that WayFair as a shopping once pretty reasonable priced are not nearly as competitive as they used to be. And that's who is selling it here today on Amazon. Not positive on that. ALSO Be sure you are looking or ordering the MAXI not the so called MINI that is only 4 feet high I think. I don't own that one but reviews here and elsewhere are not the best either. Maxi is the way to go. And yes it has some faults and is not perfect. A heavy person may not feel comfortable at the higher levels and there are no gaurd rails when you are standing at the upper rungs. Not a lot of adustments they depend on the rails running across the ends. And the wheels I think work fine though another reviewer here mentions they don't move as well as they think they should. Make sure you push the stops on them back to release to move and restep on them to hold them firm when you are in climbing use. I also kinda wish these had two split rails not three. One reason I am looking at a pair now. So I can keep two together for more foot stability at any height of standing on them. The third size seems a little narrow at times. I usually make sure the doubled pair is together for anything higher and most of the time for lower positions. (I'm also looking instead of one of these additional items at a full 17 foot aluminum scaffold tower sold here on Amazon that can be also a 12 foot tower etc. Add more wheels and you have 2 even 3 six foot high scafolds though not nearly as light as this..one single one weighs in at about 88 - 100 pounds when broken down. But they do come with gaurd rails which you could put on any of the three or doubled unit not just the 17 foot tower. I am not sure why they call them 17 foot towers instead of 18. And yes if I bought the set I would have to add in extra wheel sets and only one guard rail. BUT our house has 12 foot ceilings in basement. Our main floor has both 17 foot peaks and 23 foot peaks with open beams on severe slant. I'd give anything to reach those to clean and once in a while repairs are needed too. So just stopped today to look at these and thinking it all over when I discovered the price differences that some may appreciate others may not.
