The product is not upto the mark and the painting and Prashant ladderopening mechanism is disgusting with the one spring of the lock loose. The painting is not covered on all parts and hence request arrange representative to attend or replace the product with good one

Poor quality product. Broke while opening for the first time before it could be used. Customer care service of the company is also terrible. They do not engage and provide correct information to the customer and keep harassing them without providing a proper solution.
