Best investment ever. We live in a townhome and space (patio) is limited. Roxy LOVES to look outside and watch the kids play and people walk by.

I never write reviews and have to for this. I have even sent it to my vet. I purchased this for my 14 year old bengal cat who has had cancer for a year and a half. She’s doing great and has a bunch of medicines she happily takes but she’s needy and slower - and did I mention NEEDY. It’s hard to have her where she wants to be all the time which is next to me. This finally came (long wait about six weeks from ordering) last night and she knew it was for her. First, it arrives assembled. Amazing right out of the box pops up and down like a real pack and play. She usually sleeps on a heated pet mat at the bottom of our bed and she started the night sleeping on the bottom bunk of this and ended the night sleeping in the top. We wheeled it into the kitchen this morning and no more crying! She got right into the top of it, has a good view and then took a snooze. I plan to wheel her right into my office and have her next to my desk. This will also be her “seat” at the table when we eat. Fantastic product. Even Matia, our other bengal, likes it and is in the bottom bunk this morning. I can see this being a winner for any elderly pet and also puppies, kittens, or any pet that likes to be on your lap while you work

De noche le encanta dormir abajo y se siente segura y protegida y de día se la pasa brincando de su camita al sillón y al otro sillón y le sirve para ver por la ventana. La disfrutamos todos viéndola feliz en su nueva casa y junto a nosotros su familia. Fácil de armar y de transportar. Al fabricante le recomendaría hacer una más pequeña, mismo alto y misma profundidad pero como de 26-28 cm de ancho. Por lo demás… full recomendada. Ahhh y todo se puede lavar, los cortos de los colchones y el bombero de arriba los puedes quitar y lavar! 👏👏👏👏 lo volvería a comprar.

My small terrier loves this bed so much. She only weighs 4 pounds has plenty of room in it and sleep soundly.

Didn’t know I was getting a used one. It appears to have everything. I do like the size and color of it, so that’s a plus. Hopefully it will last a long time. If it gets my fur baby out of my bed but close enough to feel safe that’s all I want.

If you like sleeping with your pets, this thing is great. It shoved up against the side of the bed so they have their own space to sleep in, but they're still next to you so they'r not anxious. It wasn't cheap, but it's sturdy with plenty of room for medium or small size dogs both above and below. I've had it for over a year now, so it's served the test of time. Great dog bed.

It took sheer brute force to open the dog bed when I bought it a couple of years ago. I'm moving and as frustratingly challenging as it was to set up, it's impossible to break down. I've had four different adults including myself after watching multiple YouTube videos unable to break this down. They make it look like a breeze while a small size person is disassembling it. Mine literally sounds like you're breaking it when you pull that center piece up and the force required strains the muscles in my back and neck. Also, one of the sides simply will not collapse to allow us to fold this thing up. I had to shove it in my car still set up to take it to my new house. The company suggests user error in the videos.. it's a design flaw. It may function the way they designed it to but it takes an unrealistic amount of strength and dexterity to put this thing up and break it down. It's a shame because it is a nice quality piece and attractive.. and my two little dogs do like sleeping in it. But it is such an infuriating piece to set up and break down I simply can't recommend it.

I have enjoyed using this product. It is a lifesaver.
