Great product
My Anubias and Java Fern were growing at a much slower pace since my tank setup is pretty new. I started dosing 5ml-7ml weekly once for my 2*2 ft tank— seeing great improvements in my plants and good number of new leaves already — after 1.5 months of usage

This is a food for algae, don't buy
This supplements algae more than plants. I have given this a chance many times, everytime I add this, I see substantial spot algae growth on my glass. The moment I stop this, algae growth ceases. This was my personal experience. But some others have had a good experience as well. For me, Seachem excel flourish works best
