Pros- Changes i have seen after consumption- increased concentration good for blood vessels a little benefit in exercise as it reduced inflammation and increased antioxidant Cons- when i first consumed it for at least a week my legs started itching so bad 2-3 hrs after consuming it then i gave it a gap of a week then again started consuming it and the itching never came back. i think it has high potency so my body took time to adjust !

The contents of the product may be good. But the capsule shell is a big problem. It keeps floating or sticking with tour food pipe for hours and hours. Doesn’t move to the stomach easily. Keep drinking water, but it will not go down.

I didnt see any efffect on my diet, sleep or appetite But definately improved my hair health, energy , blood pressure and overall wellness! My hair loss is almost stopped! Though i am taking number of other steps in diet improvement!
