I'm so happy for this product its work very well got courier without any damage.Few minus point:1. Srew and nuts spares missing it's very hard to get spare parts in local market.2. Toll number waste they won't attend call.3. Installation in you tube was not clear, please upload one full clear vedio in you tube so it's easy for future customers.But totally product was very very very good awesome product i recommend this product to buy.

I received the Product and its awesome. The only issue is Amazon does not send any installation person which is why i have deducted1 star. So i had to call cockatoo for paid installation which costed me 500rs. Product is amazing and its working well.

Today I received the worst product in my history of online shopping.The WORST Product i have seen ever in my online shopping. some parts are missing according to the parts list attached with it . The found screws are very worst and not fitting properly. The product is in its Very Very Very Very very very very very poor quality. anyone cant fit it because of its manufacturing defect.Any doubt contact me : 9488685194

1.) Assembling the product is difficult. It took me around 1.5 hrs to put it together. Manual is useless, checkout the video if you want help to assemble.2.) Tension adjustment doesnt work...very light cycling.3.) The electronic meter mounted do not work properly and the results are wrong. Better to buy another cheaper option of this product without the hand pulse reading.4.) Use FIT bit app to calculate your calories and distance instead of the mounted meter.5.) During every usage you have to tighten the base nuts n bolts which become loose.6.) Normally it makes little noise but if you paddle fast or use the cross trainer, then there is an increase in the noise and the product becomes rickety. Then you have to check and tighten the nuts n bolts again.7.) I am 6 ft and it is comfortable for cycling.8.) Good for warm-ups9.) Compact ; not too light or too heavy.I am still testing / using the product. In upcoming months I will increase or decrease one star based on its performance.

Thanks to Amazon for delivering it on time and also came with great packaging.It is not so easy to assemble at first but with time we were able to assemble it perfectly.It felt great after using it and we have been using it for almost 10 months now.No problems as such and works smooth.Use it regularly to keep it smooth and functioning and dont let it be a show piece.Overall a great product.

Very Very Good product using for 7 months, some parts are missing with the package but after contact with seller they parcel all the product to my house with door delivery so no worry at all. ENJOYING EXERCISE. sturdy product digital panel working good and show all the information, AA battery required for digital panel also without that 1 one can exercises. over all best product at low price

The item had a bush in the leg broken, I adjusted with fevyquick gum. It's too noisy when in use, not sure if it's the problem with my installation. Can I have someone to service this. Please

Very bad product, we had to get it repaired three times within 1 year of purchase. For every technician visit they charge you. Warranty is not declared anywhere, so 99 percent of the time you have to pay for the spare parts.
