Handling during transportation is poorer
Excellent product but handling during delivery is not upto the mark. The seller replaced the damaged parts Grate Job

broken motor cover.
this product was broken . .the motor cover has two major broken cracks and is just held by two bolts. recieved just now in damaged condition.

Better than ok product.
I had to return the first shipment as it was damaged. The way it's placed in the box was wrong in both the first and second shipment leading to damage in both but more in the first order. The seller needs to be aware of this. It's heavy about 20kgs I suppose. So placing it in a different position can result in damage while in transit. About the product itself. It's good. Cheapest option available. A bit underpowered. It can cut through 1inch mahogany with ease.

Works but bad condition of equipment
The machine does work but the screws came off and the instrument more or less looked like it's broken. Gives the buyer a terrible feeling when you've spent so much money on something so expensive. Would not recommend people to buy it if they want a first class equipment.

Good scroll saw
This scroll saw machine works flawlessly and I am happy using it. This scroll saw works fine with pin end blades ,it also include saw blade adapter for using pinless blades too but the blade adapter system is not efficient and time consuming to install the blades. Over all it's a good scroll saw for hobbyist
