Corrosion build up???
The product was excellent for long but recently I have experienced...what I think is a corrosion build up on +ve or -ve points. The life span seems cut short by a good 40% even when the batteries carry charge . On rubbing the batteries a bit against the connecting points of the device they continue again to transfer charges . I am sure most of the customers must be disposing them off with charges. P.S. Quality control @ Amazon should check the corrosion reason (Metal used in top and bottom) apart from checking the volume of charge. Longlife was the recalling factor for this product apart from competitive pricing . P.S.2 The only beneficiary in the short term is the supplier because of higher turn around.
