Came as shown on time. It has a glossy finish that had a lot of swirl mark type minor surface scratches, but nothing that can't be resolved with a bit of scratch out or auto wax with a mild abrasive.

Fits Perfect
These covers are great. I had White ones originally and one fell off but these Black ones fit perfectly and are snug so they won't fall off. Looks fantastic!
