First of all thanks to the seller for great communication skill and providing helpful assistance.Now the Review :----------------------I was looking for Replacement Castor Wheels for trolley in which the factory made castor wheels were broken as the trolley is somewhat years older but the trolley itself is still stronger enough. So I needed to replace the castor wheels and as per my trolley, I needed Pin Type Castor Wheels and got in here.Placed the order after contacting the seller and got the delivery quickly. Packaging was great by Amazon. All the 5 Castor Wheels came as identical. Like other buyers and reviewers are telling that out of 5 Castor Wheels, 3 wheels would come with lock and other 2 without the locks but I have received all the 5 Wheels without the locking mechanism. Though that didn't matter for me in the end.These castor wheels come with Dual Wheels in one unit having gaps in between them.For those who are still thinking about the diameter of the Pin of the castor wheels : well, its 10 mm.I received the wheels with perfect pin size but still I used some UPVC Solvent to fix them firmly inside the Trolley wheel stands. and these wheels are working perfectly and smoothly. Average quality plastic

I had earlier given the product 5 stars but am now editing it to drop it to 3 stars. While I was excited about the fact that such replaceable wheels existed and it would fit so easily, I was quite disappointed with the quality. The first pair broke within 2 months, am now using the other 2 from the pack.

Classic case of "What You See Is What You DONT Get". Was stunned to receive old battered looking wheels, and seemed used too. Lots of scratches and cuts. Nowhere like the image displayed. They came jumbled in a carton and not in packages. If they were not used stuff, then perhaps they were part of a bulk shipment received in dusty sacks, maybe from China, and dumped in some godown, to be sent piece by piece to customers. Not sure if they will survive long enough after fitting.

poor quality, waste of money, did not last even for 5 days. bad material used, i even tried repair using Araldite but seems it is the worst quality workmanship made up of scrap. Pins and hinges are made of hollow tubes, which bend and unable to bear its weight. Don't waste your money for buying this product. Amazon should De-list this product from its portal and warn its vendor.

Its good. A complete DIY. The wheels looks bit like used but I am sure it wasn't. The handling of the product by the manufacturer could have been better. Else packaging and delivery all good. Fits like a charm. I used a hammer to push the wheels.If used well it can last for couples of years. The original wheels lasted almost 8+ years.

The casters look sturdy. However I wanted a complete assembly that includes the associated bush to snug fit in my stainless trolley with leg tube size of 14 mm diameter. Hence I am unable to use them. Perhaps these are meant for swivel chairs.

not upto the mark ... wheels gonna be stucking soon . they are not free moving from 1st day. quality is not that good. packing is also bad
