It was working well in the first few days, but after few weeks, It was not rising, I did not keep it in any hot place though the temperature outside was high. Did not contaminate it by any means. Wished I bought a small pack.

I received this yeast through the Vine program and used it for bread, rolls, and pizza dough. It activated quickly and worked consistently every time. The ease of use is excellent — it mixes smoothly and gives a reliable rise without any hassle. The baked goods came out with a light, fluffy texture and a pleasant, fresh yeast taste, making homemade baking feel effortless. The resealable pack helps keep it fresh, though a small scoop would’ve been handy.

This is not working as described. Bread never raises. I have used as described and for 400 gram loaf I used half the packet and the yeast did not activate. After keeping inside a dehydrator to keep it warm it slowly started fermenting. Seems either the culture is old or having mostly dead cells. It stopped raising for after a two hours. Very poor quality.

I love this little can! Its perfect when I travel and I go visit my kids. The Yeast is so much better than the packets I use from the store, The seal-able can keeps it fresh, however this was a little more expensive, but you can tell your paying for quality not quantity. The dough rise was perfect each time I made bread. I will buy again

Best yeast I hv worked with so far. Very happy. Update: ordered 2nd time. Greatly disappointed. All batches of proofing fell FLAT. Perhaps supplier storage was too hot?
