50/50 on the authenticity. A good product.
An absolute fantastic salt. The texture is exactly like the way it is described but I am unsure if it’s authentic. Can’t really figure out if it’s the real Maldon Salt that is found in Tesco/Sainsburry stores in the UK or a counterfeit.

Kick’s Chocolate Chip Cookies up a Notch!!
I just started using Maldon salt after it was recommended to me by a local bakery. I’ve been adding just a sprinkle on top of my chocolate chip cookies, and I love it! It’s light and flaky with a beautiful texture and really gives my cookies that professional bakery taste. I’ve tried several brands of flaky salt, and this is by far my favorite for its size and quality. It definitely kicks them up a notch! I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely purchase it again.
