It's really hard to find Vegan Omega-3 capsules these days, especially ones that pack both EPA and DHA. Most Omega-3 supplements contain only DHA and are very expensive. Contrast to that, this brand is very affordable and I myself am a repeat customer.I've purchased 2-3 times the past 2 months and plan to continue buying from this brand for the coming months/years.I've tried many Vegan Omega-3 supplements and this one is decent, I firmly believe.Suggestions to the brand:Please do not change the pricing model. Let it stay the same. Pocket-friendly rates and high-quality supplements are your biggest plus points. Please remain that way. :)P.S. I'm a genuine customer. It doesn't taste very nice, so didn't purchase a second pack.As it's a supplement- didn't have any immediate effects of it (there were three of us taking it, so around 10 tablets each). The tablets are easy to swallow, and if you can get over the taste- they're probably good for you over long term use :)

Omega 3 tablets are rather old. Seems like they are disposing off unsold stocks. The tablets are 15 months into the expiry period of 24 months leaving only 9 months balance life. Do not know about the potency after such a long period. Technically the company within norms but I would prefer to receive a product not more than 3 months old.

Beware. Customers.Earlier they used to sell this product by formulation with micro-algae in 254 rs. But now whole formula changed to flaxseed oil and three times the price. Micro algae is the best vegan source for OMEGA 3

Probably the product might be nice. But they are sending very old stock. Its going to expire in may 2020. Any omega 3 supplements should be as fresh as possible. As far as I remember..the omegology tablets I received were more than 1.5 years old. Me and Dad are having motions whenever we consumed this. So qwe stopped. It never happened with any other omega 3 suppelements for me or my dad.

I do heavy strength training workout and was looking for a vegetarian Alternative to fish oil. After researching, realised flax seed oil wouldn't do and it has to be a marine based vegetation whose omega 3 will have both EPA and DHA. Stumbled across this affordable brand and bought it. They give 30 tablets packed in blister pack. Packing was different from the regular fish oil, but I don't mind it.The tablet had fish smell, but then I realised thats how sea algae and sea wee also smells, so nothing can be done about it. Since I was regularly taking fish oil, stopped in between and switched to this one, I saw an immediate improvement. My soreness was really reduced and there were zero fishy burps. I then shared the tablet with my partner after an intense legs workout, and he also claimed less soreness and no fish burps after a day (he is vegetarian and never ate fish oil). I then went on to recommend it to other trainers in the gym. They too found it economical, though I am yet to get feedback on effectiveness.This turned out to be a good experience for me. I wil try other vegetarian options and if nothing else wins, I will definitely come back to this.

It is a pure vegetarian product and very effective as omega supplement. The people who look forward for vegetarian products for omega, this is A very amazing supplement for them.
