Nice excercise bands!
Absolutely love these resistance bands! They come in pretty colors, offer great stretch, and cater to all fitness levels. Perfect for home workouts, glute activation, and travel—lightweight, durable, and super handy!

Great elasticity and must have for resistance training . Got it at a good price. Varied length bands in the pack.

Good for beginners only
Its easy to use and stretchable. About durability i can't say. I am using it for more than a month and it's good. Value for money. Problem : the product started losing colours very soon. The four level of stretch isn't that useful. I only use the X-Heavy as other are not that useful for me. If you are a beginner and want to try this you can buy this. However, if you are already using resistance band, i will suggest go for higher quality.
