The Paint Brush Cover (3 Pack). Professional Painting Brush Holder/Case. Holds 1" to 3" Brushes

This product works perfect for storing brushes in between coats, or even after a week or more rain delay in my case. I don't have to rinse out the brush at the end of the day and can keep the brush wet with paint for several days, even weeks without drying out. Also makes a great way to store brushes after you have rinsed them out. Brushes won't dry out and the cover protect the bristles. I usually spend at least $10 on a good brush. It's worth it to pay $10 for the cover to protect my investment. I saw this product on Shark Tank and couldn't believe no one had thought of this sooner. I used to use Walmart bags to keep my brushes covered in between coats, but this is so much better! I will also invest in the roller covers next time I paint using rollers. Highly recommend this product!!!

Super great at first glance and fulfills a much needed place in my painting tool box. They bend over time and will not properly close. Mine took about a year to slowly bend and now they do not seal and I end up taping them shut. Poor quality plastic or the wrong kind of plastic was used to make these. Great concept poor quality.

It does the job for some brushes with narrow enough necks, but not all brushes. I'm cutting in with 2.5"- 3" Wooster Pros, pretty common brushes for those who know how to edge rooms free hand, and shop at home depot/lowes, But those brush handles are too thick for the narrow part of this cover to close over them. Fortunately I bought the orange version of this cover also here on Amazon first, the "pro" I see they call it, and it has a wide enough opening to close around those. I also bought some mid range brushes for priming and rough edging, and they have narrow enough necks to fit in these. And I did once put a pro brush in one these and just masking taped around the bottom to seal around the brush neck. I don't know if the orange cases labeled "Pro" is meant as a direct correlation to the "pro" labeled brushes, but if it is, awesome job so make it more obvious.

I bought two packs of these for my son, who is a professional painter. He said they work great to keep a brush fresh and moist, for days if necessary. The compartment is air-tight, with the top of the compartment sealing the brush handle. I viewed a brush he had full of paint, kept in the compartment and closed for a few days. The brush remained moist with paint and totally pliable. Instead of cleaning a brush between coats, just put it in the compartment and it's ready when you want to put on another coat of paint. This appears to be a wonderful product; it performs exactly as promoted: it keeps brushes fresh, between coats and between jobs, for days. It opens and closes with an easy snap of the compartment and the case is nearly indestructible. I dropped one on concrete from 8' in the air and not even a small dent. And, the sizes of brushes each compartment holds (2 1/2 inch, etc.) is accurate; there is plenty of room in the compartment. Buy this!!

The do a great job keeping the brush from drying out, my main complaint is how hard it is to get the stickers off the front and back. You need a hairdryer and a lot of go gone!!

The order says it is a pack of 3 and I only received 1. I bought it again and hope it comes 3 now.

OMG, where have these been all my life. These are the best. In the past I have used Walmart bags or something like that to wrap the brush if I was going to paint again the next day. I was starting the multi-room repaint at home and was looking for a new/better solution. The idea sounded solid so I figured I would try them. I used one for each of my different paints, ceiling cut-in, main walls cut-in and one for the trim. I put a piece of painters tape on the top and wrote on it what the brush was for (ceiling, white wall, trim). The wet brushes would stay in these things for 4-7 days before I used them again and they were in perfect shape. I would use them again and plop them back in for another week. It really is amazing. I mean, there's no magic here but being sealed from air movement and sealing in the moisture/humidity makes it do the job perfectly.I highly recommend.

Make sure you get what you ordered. Twice I ordered a I ordered "The Paint Brush Cover (3 piece value-pack). Professional Painting Brush Holder / Case. Holds 1" to 3" Brushes".**Note that the description states "(*3 piece* value-pack)".Each time I only received one (1) brush cover, not three (3). Amazon could not send me two more. First time I had to return it and they sent me a replacement next day. But still I received just one (1) cover. Amazon sent a call tag for each, no cost to me. It was handled well.Funny thing is Amazon does not even list a single cover. They were sold only in 3, 5, and 10 packs as of January 4, 2013. Now January 6, 2013, I only see 3 and 10 packs. I was going to try my luck at a 5 pack next, but that's no longer an option. A 10 pack is too many. I give up. Seems I'll have to cut up a plastic take-out food container to fashion my own.If Likwid Concepts is counting on Amazon to pull multiple items to make a value-pack, that's not going to work in their fast paced as automated as possible fulfillment world. You will need to bundle/wrap/box the value-packs as a single item before they get to Amazon.I couldn't try it since I must send it back.
