amazing for beginners
my first drone. make sure you read the manual before you try to fly it. don't fly it in atti mode or when the drone cannot find satellites, or else the drone might run away from you like a naughty disobedient dog. propeller gourds and extra batteries are a must buy. awesome drone for beginners and excellent video quality. gimbal is flawless. i am still learning and i am glad i didn't try to go pro too soon. the drone box said it would have two batteries but had only one. i don't know why. but the drone and remote itself is excellent. buy it before it get discontinued.

Defective Drone, Lost Money. Seller lied.
I purchased this drone three months ago, and it's been a challenging experience from the start. The drone arrived dead on arrival, failing to connect to the DJI app, making it impossible to fly. We attempted firmware updates, but the drone refused to communicate.The real ordeal began when I tried to secure a refund after returning it to the seller. The Amazon representative informed me that the drone was sent by a third-party seller and directed me to resolve the issue directly with them.Unfortunately, that approach didn't yield results. The seller claimed not to have received the drone, despite UPS tracking indicating otherwise. They then began insisting that the wrong item was sent, accompanied by a questionable picture of a power bank. It felt like they were putting up a smokescreen to prevent me from obtaining a refund.At this point, Amazon's assistance has been limited, and the seller seems determined to prolong the process. As a result, I've chosen to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Spend More for Better Drone
Bought this drone a couple weeks ago. It's a replacement for one I had for a few years and recently lost. Right away had issues with this one. Poor connectivity to the controller. never experienced this previously in my same area flying my other one. Also the camera gimbal if messed up. Does not respond to commands to look down. Only looks straight ahead. Suggest you all to bypass this drone and pay a bit more for newer tech or buy another brand. DJI seems to have lost its edge as market leader.... Thumbs down!
