This one actually dissolves well!! I love how they are individually wrapped in foil for freshness so I can just take one to go in my gym bag or lunch box and then just stir it in a paper cup! I suggest this for Type II diabetics. Have you ever seen an overweight cow or deer? They are all muscle because that is what grass does. You cannot digest the grass but you sure can digest its juices, and this is exactly what it is in powdered form.

Nice, mild and refreshing grassy taste if you like grass drinks. Better with a bit of ice.The bowl is leaking! I dropped a couple of green drops on my shoe, removed immediately but it could have been worse on a light grey shoe if I were to miss it. Grass stains are a pain to remove. I twisted it as tight as I could and flipped it on purpose. Still leaking. There is only 1 thread holding the cap. Too bad, it it small, perfect size for mixing this drink and otherwise would have been very convenient to have.
