Great item for the price. Came with instructions and techniques and a handy storage bag. I bought it to use at work and love how I can store it all together. There are multiple settings and adjustments on all the different options and they're all sturdy and good quality. I just started using it but excited to see how it all improves my grip strength.

My hands used to be strong. After using these I can tell I am a weakling. They are quite to use easily and it lets you adjust the tension. The grip is good and it seems like it will last a long while.

This is an excellent grip strengthener! I’m using it in my practice and Im a Physical Therapist . The handle of it is ergonomically correct and its molds to your hands. It is very sturdily designed and is versatile. You can make it harder or easier, based on a client’s needs. It’s adjustable, and comes with multiple pieces included in this set. It’s extremely functional, and rhas some weight and heft to it. I have recommended this product to my clients/patients depending on their recovery, and to someone who needs this for a home exercise program. I got my gripper on a flash sale, but it’s worth the money to get this (as directed by your doctor and your PT ). Im extremely happy to have it in the clinic and am impressed by its effectiveness, durability, comfort grip, and adjustability. Great product overall, and I highly recommend it.

The hand grip is very nice. I especially like the way it can be adjusted for different tension levels. The other items are ok, except for the finger stretcher. It broke on the very first use. I put my fingers in and opened my hand. Two rings automatically broke.
