I bought in good faith, with great expectations for its use and don't understand this refusal on the part of Rehab Adv and desertcart Market. I advise caution in its purchase; it actually a child's toy

Not worth the price
This alot smaller than I thought it would be for the price. Honestly could have bought and made better for what I paid.

Steps are lightweight
Well made. The individual steps move easily when used.

Do Not Order!
...unless this is for a child! The steps are very small and they rock, making them unsafe for an unsteady person to use!!! I actually laughed when I opened the box but got them out to see if we could make it work. And even though on the main page it says eligible for a refund, when I scrolled on the refund link to request a return label, you can only return if they are damaged. Very unhappy with this purchase. They will stay in the box thrown in the backroom. Useless.
