Fallen Fruits Hosepipe Guide with Rusted Finish

I ordered two of these hose guides. One of them arrived without the hour-glass shaped piece that fits over the spindle. On both of them the finials do not screw in properly as they have not been drilled correctly. Altogether very disappointing, as we have had to glue both the finials in place, and use one of the hose guides with one of the parts missing, these are unlikely to last being out in all weathers. No means of contacting the seller to ask for a replacement. I won't be buying this product again.

Ordered 3 hosepipe guides which arrived promptly. Sadly one arrived damaged, the screw threat was too narrow and could not be fitted. Trying to communicate with the seller was not possible, you could only return all 3 for a refund, something we did not want to do (hardly an essential trip to the post office in the current situation). Hence we superglued it and still use it, however, I doubt that will last. A way to contact the seller would be helpful, as it would have been easily resolved by putting another screw in the post.Otherwise they are nice, look pretty and are useful for avoiding your hosepipe flattening your plants.

I was slightly concerned with the quantity I'd ordered as I found the info a little obscure. Happily it transpired thateach guide was sold singly, not multiples boxed together. Am very pleased with them, decorative and practical.

The two we have bought have so far stood up to regular use in dragging a hose past them (one at a 90 degree turn).

I am delighted with these. I bought 4 of them to stop my hose pipe crushing my flowers when I move it. They are bigger than I thought and excellent for their purpose. I will buy more.

Visually a very impressive product but there was virtually no screw thread inside the top finial necessitating jamming a small piece of wood in the hole in order to get the screw to bite. Will have to see if it survives the winter! Perhaps it would have been better to spend a bit more and get a better quality!

This broke in two after six months, not fit for purpose very poor quality.
