Will this scooter be good for a five year old and a nine year old hieght wise?

I think so. I have a 9 year old too and she is very tall, almost 4’10”. For her it’s to short , but she still wants to ride it. She has her own 2 wheel scooter , but she wants to ride her little brother’s. I am thinking to call a company and see maybe they have a taller handle bar for this one, since the Weight limit on the scooter is 140 pounds, According to a paper that came with it . Will see.
