DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Does not work
Does not work followed the instructions after 3 hours still only had a few ice / slushee particles in the top 1/3 of the 3 cup mixture mixture. Piece of junk DO NOT BUY it is a waste of money it is being returned.

Not What Was Advertised
This is not a good product. I followed the directions to the letter. It did not work on any setting. So I went and purchased the Ninja. The company needs to test the products more until it is working properly. That means all not just the prototype.

It’s a good product
It’s a good product it started leaking but that was my fault for carrying it wrong I’m just looking for the replacement tub and I can’t find it anywhere

Returning this, after a few tries it wouldn’t stop leaking and making something icy wouldn’t even turn out.. the value of money might be good but the product isn’t worth it.. not durable at all and ease of cleaning is a joke.. too bad we thought it might be worth it

Machine shuts off after a few mins of running looks like it is catching on its own ice making

The machine doesn’t get cold enough to make slushy. It’s just a cold drink. I’m going to send it back. It’s not worth the money.

It leaks as soon as you put the pop in. I tired closing it more and making sure everything was tight but it just keeps dripping. I had to empty out the drip tray after having it on for five minutes then I just put paper towel down.
