Bao Buns!: Beautiful Bao Bun Recipes For An Authentic Asian Banquet

I was under the impression that Bao Buns was going to be a book that provided different recipes of the actual bun, it is not it is a book of recipes of what you can fill the buns with after the buns are made, I also thought it would have colored photos it does not, it does provide a lot of different fillings that you put in the bum.

I found the recipe book had a few good recipes. Poor job on explaining the method of making the buns, all over the board, you're better off going to You Tube, I found a great recipe there, along with a video of how to make the bao buns, they turned out great.Why not start the cook book with the very first recipe - call how to make bao buns, instead having the buns recipe in pork filling bao bun.Sorry this is my own personal thought.

Esta bien solo que tiene pocas imágenes y las que tienen son sin color. “Ojo está en inglés” de resto muy bien el contenido está bastante bien solo que me esperabas más imágenes.
