It just works!
The BOYA Magic-03 Microphone is a nice, affordable option for content creators that doesn't break the bank. The AI-powered noise reduction works well. The sound quality is very good; it's clear with no interference. Its transformable design is one of the attractions for me, from a compact clip-on lavalier to a shotgun-style mic or even dual independent units for multi-person interviews. Easy to transport, lightweight, and smartphone-friendly, it punches way above its price point.

It's not broken, it's user error.
For those who couldn't figure out how to connect this to their laptop: use the cords! The receiver (that tiny little square thing) shut down my laptop screen and made it go dark instantly. I don't know what witch magic that is, but, if you use the provided cords, like the usb C to the usb C in my case, it won't disrupt your screen. I was on the live chat for help when I figured it out because the helper on the other side wasn't very helpful. When in doubt, just try plugging it in differently.

Incredible value for the money
I am impressed by the quality of this kit for the price. I used a large mic with a stand and audio interface on my desktop for meetings for years. That setup has been replaced with this Boya Magic 3 set. I use it as a lav mic, which is nearly weightless, paired to the USB-C interface attached to my PC. Coworkers have not noticed a difference in sound quality and I gained freedom to move around more while still being heard clearly.

As advertised. Sound quality is great…functions well with existing systems…easy to connect..compatible with some older hardware….sufficient battery life

Microphone troubleshooting guides are awful
The connection between the receiver and transmitter never connected. The instructions for pairing if there are issues is the same as pairing for the first time. I spent about 5 hours trying to connect the microphone to the base. I thought I was spending more money for a quality product. I expected audio issues. Not the fact that I can’t even connect the microphones.
