I was in the market for a drone, I looked at DJI as the main leader in this market, I was about to buy but this RUKO F11GIM2 caught my eye, although the weight is over the 250g and more care is needed when flying, the RUKO F11GIM2 far exceeded my expectations, easy to set up, build quality is very strong and stable when flying, video and image quality are just as good as DJI. Unfortunately, (not a bad thing) less than 12 months on, the battery malfunctioned, it was fully charged, gave full charge feedback but suddenly dropped from a low height as the failsafe kicked in and wouldn't let the drone go any higher, the result was damage to the rotary blade and arm, I got in touch with Ruko directly, and straight away they responded, wanting to know what had happened and how they were going to help me get flying again. Long story short, they are replacing the drone and giving me two new smart batteries, this truly is belief in their products and customer satisfaction, I couldn't have asked for more. I can't wait to get flying again and if the worst was to happen again, I know I can rely on RUKO to help were they can. Great work, great drone, overall great experience, take a look at RUKO before you look elsewhere, you will be surprised at the quality also very happy with their follow on care. Thank you.

This is an outstanding product. The RUKO F11GIM-2 is excellent quality and perfect for all types of drone users. The drone controls easily and smooth allowing for anyone to capture anything they want at an extremely high quality. The drones gimble stability allows for smooth footage, creating an eye catching shot. Also, the safety features are incredible as they ensure that your drone won’t get lost, the auto-return feature (if the battery is low, if the controller runs out of battery and if the controller loses connection) has saved me multiple times during shooting. This drone also has an exceptional battery life, and the additional drone ensures that you will have plenty of shooting time when on trips. The drone also has an auto landing feature making it simple and easy to finish filming. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone looking for a brilliant drone.

Took the leap into purchasing this drone as my first and it’s easy to use and setup along with ease of use controls makes it very appealing to get into flying of drones. The camera is very good along with and the 2 battery’s giving it decent flight time. It’s very small lightweight and compact for packing into a backpack to take on days out to enjoy. For the cost of it it’s very good value and decent built having alittle bit of a rough landing on my first flight but it’s strong and sturdy and no damage. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting or looking for a little drone to start with.

This a solid drone for beginners who don't want to break the bank. It comes well packaged & the bag it comes in is nice touch as well. The 2 x batteries come around half charged along with the controller. Takes about around an hour for charging everything if you can manage it at the same time. The app is very simple & straight forward to use & goes through the pre flight checks as well, though don't take too long otherwise the drone switches off . Once the drone is up in the air its quite stable if you have the GPS on. Very smooth flight to get used to it & you can go in sport mode by pressing down the right stick. The features such as follow me ,track me are quite a nice touch & do work. I would advise to use in an open area such as a park to get the full use. Handles a fair bit of wind as well when high in the air . The camera does a good job of taking photos but video can be a bit shaky because of no stability & the quality of the camera. Overall I definitely recommend this for beginners like me & you can have a good bit of fun for around an hour with both fully charged batteries. I am struggling however to find extra batteries to increase the flight time.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great drone for so many reasons. The drone is well protected in a great case that holds everything nice and securely.I was particularly interested in this drone because of the great flight time and the improved camera which comes with imagestabilisation. The set up of the drone is pretty straight forward as the controller and the drone automatically connect to each other when you turn them on. The controller also comes with an internal rechargeable battery. It took me a short while to get the hang of the controls which are very accurate and sensitive.You can insert an SD card into the drone for recording your flight with video and pictures. You can also connect the drone to your phone by downloading the Drone App and see real time video and record video and pics onto your phone also.The advertised flight time is very accurate and the charge times of the batteries are great too so you can get a lot of flight time out of a charge.Overall I am absolutely delighted with this drone and when the weather improves I will be outside recording some beautiful videos.For the following reasons I have decided to rate this drone 5 stars:Great carry caseEasy to set upEasy to useExcellent video and picture qualityExcellent controlsAmazing battery life/charge timesVery good build qualityVery good App
