Beats imported crawfish tails
I am a northern Yankee who enjoys Cajun or Creole cuisine but, my local groceries only carry imported crawfish tail meat from China. I have read and heard enough horror stories about Asian seafood farming practices to know that the only acceptable source for this product comes from the U.S.A. When I found this product an Amazon, I could not be more pleased. Many thanks to Amazon, and the people who produce this great product.

Really good authentic, BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE
Too pricey, but good, Order from a Walmart in Louisiana and save $50

They are soooo delicious and the seasoning they are packaged in is absolutely wonderful in our etouffee. We will certainly purchase them again. I do have one negative, the packs were partially thawed out when they arrived. We quickly placed them in the freezer and all is good. Packaging needs to insure the items stay frozen upon arrival.

Arrived in Great Shape
I was skeptical that these could arrive in AZ in good shape. They traveled well and arrived frozen and in splendid condition. I already made crawfish corn chowder and it turned out excellent!

Very fresh and packed great
Gumbo and I make crawfish Mac and cheese the family loves it. Now if I could just get boudin from Louisiana I would be in heaven
