Sparkly!
Applies nicely to nails, like you'd expect from Rimmel. But the photo does not adequately show that it goes on VERY sparkly! It is still pink, and it is neutral enough to be very versatile. I am not complaining, though - I like the sparkly!

Had to put 5 coats on to make it look really good looked lie it was watered down
