Assistenza OK - Ottime cartucce
La cartuccia a colore l’ha riconosciuta mentre quella nera non l’ha riconosciuta dandomi gli errori 1 e 5. Ho anche resettato la stampante ma niente. La mia stampante è una Canon Pixma MP160. Purtroppo quella nera non va.AGGIORNAMENTO: il venditore mi ha contattato e gratuitamente mi ha rispedito la cartuccia nera. Non appena arriva la provo e vediamo se va.AGGIORNAMENTO 2: il venditore mi ha rispedito un nuovo ordine contenente le due cartucce. Oggi le ho provate e funzionano benissimo. Anche la stampa è bella nitida.Venditore consigliato.

Incompatible con Pixma MP150
Tengo un MP150 y en la especificación del producto indica que son compatibles con mi impresora MP150, la impresora no detecta los cartuchos actualmente sigo imprimiendo con mis cartuchos gastados PG-50/CL-51, me gustaría saber por qué razón son INCOMPTABLES con mi Pixma MP150. Me puse en contacto con el vendedor y al reconocer el error en su página de producto me devolvieron el importe completo.Un gran trato de atención al cliente.
