Used to Make Grinch Favors for Christmas

Jello did not gel up in the refrigerator and stayed in liquid format
We were disappointed - we bought for a radio promotion for a charity and the products did not jell up in the refrigerator. We lost money on these and that cost our company's donation to the Boys and Girls Club.
