For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would recommend it to my friends.

So far everything went well doing it by my self. Everything works as it should. I got the firm mattress and it's more like medium firm, that's what I was hopping for.

Heavy but easy to assemble. The base comes with different length legs to adjust the height of the bed. It offers 3 different heights to choose from. The assembly was easy and straightforward. The quality of the build was sturdy with self locking nuts to secure fasteners holding the base mechanisms together. The motors look compact but they are very powerful. No sound of straining from the motors when moving the base. Im heavy weighing 250 pounds, the adjustable base is capable of full motion with no strain or hesitation. The zero g setting is comfortable and convenient with one touch of a button. I have a 12 inch mattress on this base and it works perfectly. The LED light is a nice feature, it turns off automatically after a few minutes, just long enough for that trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The adjustable bed frame made it all the way to Hawaii, no breakages, perfect right out of the box. Saved a lot of money buying from Amazon. No regrets. Very happy.
