I'm replacing #33-2035-The foam (gasket material) around the edges has broken up & can't be used-It this under warranty?

Probably not! As a quick fix , remove the old foam, get some one-sided adhesive weatherstripping and stick it to the bad side. Do the whole bad side as a whole part and not as partial. Good thing about weatherstripping is that it compresses and expands and makes a good seal. Good luck!

It fit my 93 40th Anniversary. Might want to look up the part numbers on one of your local parts house websites, see if a standard replacement is the same for both cars.
