They are ex exactly what I expected, cups keep your coffee hot for at least 30 minutes!

We love the cups, especially while camping; they keep drinks hot. I haven't tried cold yet. We had an issue with one cup lid, which was replaced quickly.

I just used these mugs for 2 days now and they work great at keeping coffee hot for a long time, for the first time i can drink a cup and it staying hot till i finish drinking. The quality is very good and the handle shape and size is perfect for me , however the size is misleading it says 14oz but when i selected a 10oz from my Kurieg coffee maker i could only put 2oz of creamer in and it was almost to the rim and hade to sip some out to put the lid on, other then this i am very pleased with the mugs.

We received these mugs quickly and really like them especially the weight and the handles. We only had them for a short time.and had an issue with some color fading. I contacted their customer service and and they replaced the mugs for me. April was very helpful. I would recommend this company for great customer service.

These cups are my favorite mugs for cold drinks. I have not tried them for anything hot, although I'm assuming it would keep them warm for a long period of time. They wash up nicely in the dishwasher.

Made great looks great price was reasonable but it’s a sippy cup I wasn’t looking for a sippy cup I wanted a cup to drink coffee out of can’t pour coffee out of it easily

My first set was a gift. One of them met its doom when we used it to keep soup warm for my husband during illness. It was left in the car and grew a disgusting situation! But, I ordered another pair because I use them every day. They don't keep drinks hot for an extra long time. Nor do they keep cold drinks for a very long time. My husband didn't like them for that reason. I can live with the duration of temperature because I like the lid with a sip opening. That opening accommodates a straw for my night drinking desires. The handle helps me too. The three of them have a special spot in the cupboards.
