How to use the dent puller : (Search ”dent puller” on YouTube to watch how to use the tool kit . ) 1. clean dent surface, If the dent so small and can't see where is it, use a dent board to check where is the dent. 2. put the glue to gun and heat, connect the power source and preheat for 5-10 minutes. 3. According to the Dent size to choose the Glue Puller, more bigger dent size, more bigger the glue puller and will larger force. 4. immediately place pad in the center of the dent and hold until sticks. 5. Let the glue cool for about 8 minutes. The cooling time should be less than 10 minutes and should be shorter slightly in winter. 6. After the glue cooling, use a dent lifter or T-bar to align and press the puller to pull up the dent. 7. If dent still exists, check with a Line board again, knock it slightly with a flattening hammer or pen. 8. Nice concept but it falls short.
The item was delivered faster than expected.The kit was a combination of light and heavy duty items - some items absolutely laughable.I attempted a repair - admittedly a tough dent - and I couldn't get the tabs to stick; any tension and the tabs popped off.I assume there are dents that can be pulled but I question if any dent with a crease will be removed or any dent on a curve.I'm not returning the kit because I like the concept and believe it will work in certain circumstances but the applications are limited.Update: Supplier contacted me 12/20 offering to provide aluminum tabs, additional tools or a $30 refund if I would change or delete this review.

Did the job - some parts not so usable
Got most of the dents out, so it does what it's supposed to do.A few of issues I have with this.- the glue gun takes a while to get hot. The instructions tell you to wait 5 minutes, but you really want it steaming hot, so you want to wait much more than that.- The dent board is a cheap piece of plastic and not really usable.- it should include larger puller tabs. especially for the slide hammer.Overall, I'm glad I got the kit. The dents are much less noticeable.

Average Quality for Chinese Made Disposalable Junk
Plastic pieces to glue, break easy, cheap chinese trash. Mostbof the items work well. It does the job, not Pro Material, good for beginners or handy man jobs. Good amount of items, glue is REALLY HARD to remove, MUST USE 90% or Higher Rubbing Alcohol, 70% Takes forever, or use GOOF OFF/GOO BE GONE to remove glue, or you will take a while everytime you need to remove glue from vehicle? Acceptable kit, NOT Thrilled at the price for such poorly made products.

Great for diy dents, will take some learning but once you learn it’s easy to uses and can help repair your vehicle image.

Coloque todo como se indica, cuando coloque las piezas con el pegamento coloque el extractor se despegó sin hacerle fuerza así que me robaron mi dinero 😔😔😔

Price is good and parts do the job
Some of the stuff is cheap made but for the price you can’t expect better

Poor Glue Sticks
no matter what I tired the glue stick glue did not hold well. I bought new glue sticks and the set worked great.

No funcionó para mí
Mi esposo intento sacar una abolladura del parachoques trasero que se veía muy sencilla, era de tamaño intermedio, la abolladura mejoro parcialmente pero no salió, los dispositivos se despegan de la carrocería pero el pegamento no sale completamente de la pintura. Quedaron restos a pesar de intentar quitarlo con alcohol. Al final se necesito llevarlo con un profesional. Si no eres profesional en este asunto mejor no lo compres.

Annoyed, as I did not recieve all the items, that were supposed to come with the kit. Missing the gold puller and quite a few tabs. However I was also not charged the listed price. Looks like it may have been a substitution for the kit originally ordered, but I didn't receive any notification of a substitution, so I am a little confused.Anyways, the tools look fairly decent, so I will probably keep it. Now to try my hand at a little dent repair.

Decent quality, no customer support.
Overall tools are of good quality. The point hammer could be a little better. The slide hammer I received did not have a finished end. Seller will not respond it's been about three weeks or more so buyer beware.

Cheaply made material. I paid $150 fot this product; i return product and after 2 weeks company refunded $120!!!
