I was not sure what to expect with this sofa as I’ve read many mixed reviews however, I was pleasantly surprised. It is very comfortable very durable. I opened up the package and it puffed up to its normal size. I’m still sitting on it. I have bad knees to the lower height concerned me, however it is not hard to get up from. It is not hard to get off of the arms are wide, which allow a great back crust. I found that the pillow pillows were a lot for me, so I took them off in the couch functions and still looks beautiful with none of the pillows on it definitely would recommend.

I ordered this set on a whim, as we needed more seating in our living room, and I wasn't going to go to a local furniture store and pay a fortune for a small sectional. This sectional was easy to unpack, and the quality is actually way better than I expected. No, it's not a $3K sectional - that wasn't the point. It's soft and comfortable, spills wipe off easy, the color is deep and rich, and the price doesn't break the bank. We can comfortably get 8 people in our living room now without feeling crowded. Again, it's not a high-end sectional that I expect to last for decades, but for the money it's so worth it - it's lightweight, the bottom is slip-resistant, the color is good, and it's a great base for seating (or a quick nap).

Very happy with this purchase. I didn’t want to spend a fortune. Got this unboxed it. That was a very simple process. Very firm and pleased with the fabric. Length is perfect for my apartment.

Worst couch and people to deal with EVER! This couch is advertised to be completely fluffed up in 72 hrs. We waited until then to sit on it and its super firm! Its advertised to be soft/cloudlike. So NOT the case! And then there's several corners that collapse if you sit on or near them. This was raised to the seller and we wanted to return it and get our refund. They and Amazon customer service has been terrible with handling this. They're REQUIRING the return to be done via the couch being boxed up. This is a fully expanded 108" couch so thats not even possible! There's not a box big enough out there to fit this couch in to send it back. So make it make sense?! The requirement wasn't listed in the 30day return policy so how can you make it mandatory later? We could wrap it up and send it back but they won't accept it that way. Boxed only. And Amazon is practically doing NOTHING about this to help. Terrible experience all around don't waste your money on this couch or these people.

Remember this couch sits lower. Not great for elderly or heavy weight. Only because it's tougher to stand. I'm 62 and love this couch. Huge family, it can also entertain my grandchildren or just seating for the crew... The kids have had it every way... For 300.00 a year for 3 years, plus protection insurance? Doesn't get better with 9 grandchildren... Love the feel. A+++
