The brand I usually use was not available so I decided to try this brand and it is a good replacement at a better price.

I had heart palpitations. I ordered ubiquinol co q 10 from life extension but looked for something cheaper then their product. You have always had to be very careful with co q 10 since some manufacturers will sell ubiquinon instead of more expensive/effective ubiquinol. Tried a few cheap ubinone products but had to take 5 times as much to get the same effect. I'm on my 5th re order of these. taking one of these plus a selenium (selenium recirculates ubiquinol) daily.I had read that much of the ubiquinol comes from china so I re-ordered to stock up. The new product that I received 9 2021 DOES NOT stop my palpitations like the old product did for 4 years. Not sure whats has changed. I noticed that someone asked if the product was certified by a third party certification lab and the seller essentially took a full paragraph to make it sound like the product was made very officially BUT NEVER DID SAY it was certified by a third party, just that it was made in labs registered with the govt... Cant mess with palpitations, gonna have to find another ubiquinol. Bummer.

I tried ubiquinone, then found you need 8x it to equal the dose of ubiquinol you need. Your body has to change ubiquinone to ubiquinol, to be used by your cells to produce energy. Ubiquinone worked but this works better. I have congestive heart failure and get out of breath quickly. I took ubiquinone for about a month. And have taken this for about 2 months. I don't get out of breath as quickly and I recover from it more quickly. Also. it is keeping my blood pressure down better than the 2 bp meds I've been taking. This is a great supplement. I recommend it to anyone with high blood pressure and/or congestive heart failure.
