Fantastic high quality minced garlic!
I am not a chef, but I love to cook and bake. This Badia minced garlic is great in several different crock pot meals I make, as well as the one I am creating tomorrow. The flavor, color. and texture of this minced garlic is excellent. I just popped off the tight security seal on my newest jar. Looks exactly as it should. And can you smell it? Wonderful. What a rich fragrance of garlic! I have actually scooped this straight from the jar and placed on toasted bread for a snack. Delicious! Also, Badia minced Garlic is a terrific value for the price. The shelf life extends until October 2027, but this jar will be used in a couple of weeks. Love this brand of minced garlic, and highly recommend.

Really Great Fridge Stable Minced Garlic
This is a really great fridge stable minced garlic. It is not to sour form the preservatives and stays fresh for quite a long time in the fridge. The color is a bit on the toasted garlic side (even though it is not cooked) but at least it is not brown and ugly. It tastes close enough to fresh garlic in soups and pastas and even makes a serviceable homemade garlic butter cheese bread. It definitely smells like fresh garlic when you are cooking with it. I just wouldn't use it in anything you don't cook before eating. For that I feel you need actual fresh garlic to pull of a dish like that. This is definitely going to be a fridge staple for me because it is so good and makes cooking with garlic way easier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an almost fresh garlic alternative for cooking on a daily basis.

Excellent way to enhance your food..without peeling and chopping the whole clove. This garlic is very fresh and flavorful, love having it handy in my fridge to use on the spot without all the bother…and the price is right on…

Perfect, finely chopped garlic
Perfect finely chopped garlic. I love the size if the jar, not too small that I run out but not so big that it sits in my fridge for months. Tastes great. Closes tightly so the smell of garlic is contained.

Chopped garlic
If you use a lot of garlic in your cooking, this is the garlic to buy. Have been using this brand for a while now and it is a good product. Highly recommend.

First of all it is really small. This size should not be no more than 3 to 4 bucks. And it was somewhat open and smelly, I cannot even return it.
