Figured I’d leave a good review since a LOT of people who get this complain that it doesn’t work because of the magnetic interference of the back paddles. It is true that they do interfere with the joysticks BUT that’s why you have to recalibrate it. Many people write their review without using the Xbox accessories app to recalibrate the sticks. After doing that I had no issues whatsoever with the sticks and I’m currently using it this very moment. They’re easy to install if you have the correct tools and skills, if you don’t I’d recommend you get it done professionally as these controllers can be pricy. Overall, these worked great in my two controllers I installed them into! I did however have to buy another pair because you can over tighten them and break the screw from the stick itself, don’t be dumb like me and learn from this review!

Joysticks didn't work at all, although Installation was done properly, basically the product damaged other buttons somehow. Right stick has a rough drift. Don't waste money on this thing!!

This product does FIT the Elite 2 controllers but does not work as it is meant to do so. No matter what is done, the right thumbstick does have severe interference with any of the magnets in the controller. I've taken out the paddle magnets, removed the rumble motors, AND didn't even screw in the adjustable sticks yet and it WILL NOT calibrate at all. I even bought a 2nd set to see if the first was defective and both sets had the same issue.

Works great, install was a pain in the ass, but that's just the nature of the beast when you don't have the right tools. The sticks on my Elite Series 2 Core (Red) now feels as good as the sticks on my GameSir Cyclone 2 (also has TMR sensors). Calibration was simple in my case, since I just needed to load up the Xbox Accessories app and all was well. Packaged well and shipped quickly. Great value for the dollar if you have the skills to complete the install. Would absolutely purchase again!

I dont usually leave reviews for items, but since this is item, which deserves it. In short - this item works as replacement TMR joystick for Elite 2 without anything just desoldering and recalibration. No need for any boards for calibration. All works by just soldering the stick instead the older ALPS. This is rare as is it. Everything works perfectly, no more stick drift.

I bought four of these; 2 didn't work at all. And the two I got to work, had a 20% error rate, after being calibrated. So they're practically unusable. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I'm very disappointed and I feel ripped off.

Do not buy these to fix the right thumbstick. These TMR sticks will not work for the right thumbstick because the Xbox Elite Series 2 has a magnet right behind the right thumbstick to hold in the back paddles. This magnet will interfere with the magnetic field created by the TMR process. After replacing my thumbsticks and getting insane stick drift on the right stick I went crazy for about 6 hours trying to figure out the issue. While testing the controller with the back off I noticed there was no issue and then I finally noticed the magnet in the back shell. I'm buying new potentiometer sticks for the right stick and will just replace it when it wears out. I'm rating 3/5 because outside of the controller they function correctly but give no warning about them not actually be able to work with the Elite Series 2, thus making them useless for the right stick.
