Princeton SelectArtiste Fine Art Multi-Technique Brush Set, 5 x Synthetic Brushes, Mixed Media, For Professionals & Students

Decided to upgrade my very worn paintbrushes so I bought several packs (and a few individual ones on other Amazon pages), even though buying packs meant I ended up with a couple of duplicates they're of the type that it doesn't hurt to have duplicates as I can use them in the same session without having to clean a brush, and I worked out that if I'd bought loads individually so as to avoid duplicates then it cost a lot more! I knew Princeton has a good rep and on YouTube one of my favourite professional artists recommends them. I'm pleased with them so far, particularly the fan brush for doing tree branches in the distant background, as I now realise my old one was a bit too large. Expensive but feels like a worthwhile investment.

I bought these brushes for fine detail in an oil painting where watercolour brushes didn’t work. They are perfect. I have a “snap” watercolour brush and loved that so these were my first choice. Would definitely buy again m.

Versatile and easy to use

These are high-quality brushes at a very reasonable price. The individual hairs paint soft and smooth without splitting or falling out on the canvas. These are essentials in my art studio. They work well with both oils and acrylics. They clean easily and are durable even though I am generally very hard on my brushes.

For me this is the best paint brush I've used for scale models.
