my chiropractor recommended this wonderful spray for relief of lower back pain and the muscle aches that may occur after exercise or yardwork! .... cooling and effective and easy to use to reach any hard to access places that normally you would use the gel rub on. i love this product and have found it to be my first choice with natural and healthy ingredients proven to assist in healing.

Have only used this spray a couple of times since i purchased it. And, am most impressed with the relief from the pain and ease of use. I have arthritis in both knees and have been searching for anything that would ease the pain when I walk. This pain is not all the time but when it hits, I am normally walking with my cane until the pain dissipates. As one may expect, the odor is a little strong...so I would recommend not breathing it in when spraying. I didn't spray any great quantity of it on, either. Figured a little squirt or two would work just fine...and it did. So far, am really happy with this product and it has provided amazing relief....so far. Will update with any information if needed. Highly recommended.

This is the answer to pain! I was referred to this product by a former athlete when I was really suffering with the pain of shingles. Not believing in it one iota, I took the bottle he loaned to me and used it. The first night, I was a convert. I immediately ordered my own bottle and can assure you that it is the BEST. I have used it for shingles, poison ivy, a pulled muscle, relief from cracked ribs, help with arthritis pain in my hand, and a myriad of other things with my friends and family. Most recently, my son-in-law was down with a shoulder injury and simply going out of his mind with the pain. We sprayed this on and he got a full night's sleep. Now he is a convert. The product is easy to use, leaves no residue or stain for clothing, not unpleasant order at all. What it does in anesthesize the painful area and give the user a chance to cope. I heartily endorse it and recommend it to you.

I bought this Cryoderm spray for my mother in the UK as she has suffered with hip pain for months. This product almost immediately took most of her pain away. Where before she had to sit sideways on a chair to be comfortable, she can now sit normally and she can lie in bed without discomfort. I highly recommend this product.
