Was surprised by the price and no much by the Size.Three stories about war planes in pocket format.At this rate you should already know about What is a period War comic like Commando.Anyway its wholly recommended if you are looking for a Example of classic British comics.

Enjoyable read for 8 yo
Bought with a group of similar titles for my military mad 8yo. Recommended by a teacher for some variety to his reading. "Fun, adventurous, and provided some facts about WW2 and its machines", he says. Contains 3 stories in c200 pages. Some vocabulary was quite advanced but he enjoyed and followed the plots mostly independently. There is some shooting and explosions, and associated "aaargghh"s but no gore and is nowhere near Transformer movie levels. The worst word I've found is "flaming".

I have been reading these since I was a kid.There great for killing half an hour in the sun with a brew.
