In a previous review I rated these poorly, I wish to change that with the following:I wanted to upgrade my original rating to 5 stars for these. Their customer service really tried to solve the problem to the point of sending me 8 new squares for free ( versus the 4 I originally bought and promptly returned) in hopes I would change my opinion of their product. Well I received the new positioning squares today and was skeptical of their quality but everyone was square both inside and out as well as across the short side of the legs. I must have gotten a bad batch originally but am very pleased with these and are also rigid and do not flex when stressed in place, just great. Their customer service follow up is terrific. I wish other companies took customer satisfaction so seriously.All I can say is thank you and I will now recommend these to others.

Zoom in on the photo and you will see how far off a right angle this bracket is against my Starrett combo square. 3 of the 4 are fine but this one is way off. Glad I checked! Back to Amazon it goes. I'll order another set and keep 4 good ones.

I bought this set of positioning squares to help me out with the building of (2) bookcases for a customer. As some people have complained, they're not "perfectly" straight/square. If you need straightness on that magnitude, you should be buying/using a machinist square. The (4) that I have received, only one of them was a tad off kilter - maybe a 1/64th.To help keep the bookcases that I was building square, these worked great. When the glued dried, I removed the squares and measured diagonally.The result? The cases were perfectly square. Highly recommended.

These, in combination with a couple clamps will keep your project square while assembling. They work great and are priced fairly. You can make similar items yourself, but these are cheap enough and durable enough to warrant their purchase. I use these anytime I'm screwing stuff together at right angles. They work great for bookcases and shelves, and even picture frames. It's crazy how much a silly little plastic square can help out in the shop!

Really glad I spent a little more, but not too much, and went with these. I was going to go with just $13 cheap ones but I read that they arent very accurate especially since they flex. I didn't realize that these were made out ridgid non flexible plastic and after testing them with a 1-2-3 block they are dead square. Very impressed with these and satisfied by not having to spend a ton on pretentious brands like woodpecker.

This helped straighten slight bends in plywood during cabinet and/or drawer box assembly. Just need two good clamps to hold in place and you're good to go. Bought both sizes and they increased my accuracy during glue ups.

I had hoped that a variety of my C clamps would work with this. However the indentations on the side are too small to admit any of my clamps. Seems to work well for clamps with a large mouth. I'll use them but if I buy more, there's a competitive product that would appear to work better for little more.

These are the same as the 6" set that I also purchased, very good quality tools that will work very well. When I first looked at these and then ordered them, I thought they were Aluminum instead of Plastic. However, these seem like they will work really well on smaller projects. Try them, I'm sure you'll like them.
