These mesh strainers are the answer for keeping your tub drain from clogging. They fit perfectly in the tub drain hole and keep long hair from getting stuck inside the drain leading to water backups and standing water in the tub during a shower. Water has no problem draining through these mesh holes. Great product!

Fit well. Works great. A must for bathroom and sink drains.

The mesh strainer is fine and long as you are shampooing your hair. It will catch some hair but not all because it doesn't stay flush over the sink opening.

These fit into my sink and shower drains perfectly. They did not work in one of my tub drains because there is a bar across the opening so it wouldn't fit down inside. I have to clean out the mesh quite frequently, but I don't mind because it's easy to clean, and I like that all the stuff I am cleaning out is not going down my drain. Water drains from the shower very well with this installed, and if it ever starts to back up it just means the mesh needs to be cleaned out, and then it starts draining fine again. The sink gets dirty underneath this cover because moisture and particles get trapped and sit there until I remove it and wipe it down, but you can't see that it is getting dirty around the edge of the drain until you pick up the drain cover.

I loved how seamlessly it fit into the sink, but since the net is a small size to begin with, it's a bit inconvenient to tap out the food it collects. The material is so light that I have to make it sure I'm holding it tightly or else it'll slip out of my fingers when I tap it against the trash bin.

Works well in my basement sink that my washing machine drains into. Filters any debris from going down the drain. Very well made, and seem to last much longer than any other strainers i have tried in the past.

The previous drain sieves I used were a little small and hard to keep in place, and for some reason the new puppy decided that hopping into the tub and stealing the strainer was something she wanted to do regularly. Dogs. I found it in the yard a couple of times before I started pulling it out of the tub and storing up high.These new strainers completely cover the brass of the drain hole and I don't need to worry about it not being centered and letting hair through to the drain pipe. And the puppy hasn't figured out that these are separate pieces from the drain itself and leaves them alone. #FirstWorldProblems and all, these are doing the job. The pack had four strainers and I only needed two, so the others may sit forever under the sink. It was cheaper to buy four than to buy two. :-/
