Had to trim both ends but the side dimensions were correct for my application. The leads were a bit longer than OEM which is what you want so you can trim them to fit.Note, depending on features some motors my have more than two brushes per motor. For example mine have three. Get an extra set or two in case you mess one up trimming. It happens.

Bought the set of four brushes and replaced the 2 required for my motor. Assembled the motor and it did not work. Disassembled the motor again and found one of the brushes had lost its wire end (fell out of the hole). I was very careful when installing the brushes so I don’t think it was my fault. I installed one of the remaining brushes in the pack and it worked. But now, once I put the motor back to its location I am worried that the wire may fall out of one of the carbon brushes. It was a lot of work to get to the motor and just as much work to put it back in. Guess you get what you pay for. So if you have 2 motors to repair, I would buy 2 sets.

This set is the only one in the internet that's 4mmx4mm... Same size as my 2010 Nissan. Fit perfectly and saved me 130 bucks on a remanufactured motor. Got them in about 10 days and not the 2 months stated on page. Had to shave off about 1mm from tip due to length. Use a razor blade and just kept running across face.

Used to repair a small electric motor

My back window on my 2004 Toyota Tundra quit working. I replaced the motor brushes with these and it works great! I had to shave them down a bit but it wasn’t a big deal. Saved me about 250 dollars
