An absolute must for walking dogs and young kids! Why didn't I find this sooner, back in the stroller days???? The leash itself is very well made. Heavy, sturdy and tons of length. If I could change 2 things it would be adding the ability to adjust the length of the main leash and being able to make the split leashes a little longer. That being said, this leash is still amazing. The handle down by the base of the leash gives you instant control of the dogs is needed, or when one stops to potty you can easily hold the handle to stop the second dog from pulling as well as pick up after. It took my dogs only one short walk to get the hang of it and i absolutely LOVE it. I can now walk both dogs and hold my child's hand with no tangles or leashes between my legs. I avoid walks at all costs, but this leash takes all of my excuses away.

Very well designed and nothing like it in any pet store. That second handle is wonderful for reining in the dogs. Good quality and works well. I have to add another comment. This leash is just wonderful for walking two dogs with that extra safety handle close to the dogs. And the dogs don't get tangled at all. I walk one 18 lb small dog and one 50 lb chunky monkey. I am just going to order a second one--just in case I lose the first one. I searched everywhere for a good two dog leash, and none can compare to this. That second handle is just the best if you have reactive dogs and you want to rein them in or just rein them at street corners for safety.

I ordered this in a Medium 3/4", 4ft length to walk our two medium size dogs (both about 40lbs). I LOVE the swivel feature, it helps a lot with keeping them from getting tangled up. Our girls aren't the best at walking nicely outside; one is afraid of everything and the other is interested in everything, so before we had this leash, they would very often get tangled up together trying to go in different directions. Now that we have this split leash, it is much easier to walk them together. The lower handle is great for when we are just walking out the door or coming around a corner, as we live on a main road and never know when someone else (potentially also with a dog) will walk by. Oh and of course, the D ring at the base of the main handle is perfect for holding a poop bag dispenser. All in all, the leash feels very sturdy and safe, and has made walking our dogs together a whole lot easier.

My wife and I took this leash out for a test run last weekend, and it worked splendidly! I was a little concerned that the leashes fully extended are rather on the short side, but for our two puppies, small dogs, it's perfect. Both dogs were easy to manage, and there will be a small learning curve, because the leashes can loop under them occasionally. But, when they are walking along, they can switch places easily as I manage the leash above them. My wife was wondering what the additional loop was for, and I showed her - pulling the dogs in close, i.e. say at a cross walk. Very nice feature. Seems to be well made, and should serve our needs for many years.

At first I was a little disappointed that it was sorta heavy with the hardware. I tested it for the first time today and it was great! not to heavy and the two handles were perfect. With the three metal hardwares being able to swivel there was no tangling. I like that I can adjust it too, which was easy to do. There is a ring at top of leash for poo bags or to attach to your belt. I wish I had gotten the black instead of the red, but I am pleasantly surprised at how great it works. I think the harness helps a lot with that too since the clip is on the back instead of the collar and they get their legs tangled with it hanging so low on the collar. Definitely going to try to take them hiking together with this....will see how that works! Very satisfied!

This leash is a must with 2 dogs. I tried walking my dogs without and always a tangled mess, as one of my dogs I just rescued and she wasn't ever really on a leash before this. This leash really does the trick!What I like:- Durable material, and love the reflectiveness of it- The traffic handle is a MUST for me - whether stopping for traffic, restraining if another dog comes along, or just to hold one dog back from pulling while the other does their business, I use the second handle all of the time.- The padding on the handles is nice and comfortable- The added swivel (not all leashes like this have a swivel) really helps with preventing twistingWhat I would change:- Add the option for a shorter lead before the split, or make it adjustable. It is a bit long most of the time.- make the adjustable split portion go a bit longer, I have it as long as it will go and can't imagine that being shorter. It would be nice to let the dogs have a bit more space between them

I have recently made the transition from one dog to two! I tried using two leashes on our daily walk but I could not handle de-tangling them every other block. This swivel double leash is fantastic! I never have to untangle them anymore. When they go nuts over a squirrel or rabbit, I never get wrapped up and knocked over. They jump over and around each other but never get tangled. The traffic handle by the swivel is the exact height to keep the pair of them right at my side and out of the road. I also keep the longer handle in my off hand, a nice backup in case they ever take off and I lose my grip. The clips are sturdy and appear to last a long time (four months of daily use and they're still in perfect condition.)

This is a great leash for walking two smaller dogs (15 and 20 pounds). The swivel helps them stay untangled. The handle near the connector makes it easy to keep them closer when you need it. The adjustable tethers let us keep the worse puller on a shorter lead. The handles are comfortable. I love that it is light and the hardware doesn't weight down their harnesses. I've only used it a few times, but it seems like it will hold together well.

I love this lead. I have 4 dogs and two tend to pull on the lead. This lead is strong enough to with stand pulling and still feel like I've got control of my dogs. I love the double handle as I walk mine on my mobility scooter so helps to shorten the leash by the road. I've bought other split leads but they are generally flimsy. Loved it so much I'm going to buy another. This would also be handy to doubly secure harness and collar for extra security

Brilliant! The splitters on most double dog leads I've looked at are far too long to safely walk two dogs on a London pavement. I have my two tiny dogs on the shortest setting, and I'm so happy - it is secure enough to keep them safe on the pavement, and out from under people's feet, but enough room for them to walk nicely. They haven't once got tangled, and the lead is very sturdy. I usually walk them on the longer handle, but the smaller handle is great for keeping them close by at traffic crossings etc. They walk SO much better on it than on two separate leads! I got the smallest size, and it's bigger than the leads I'm used to walking my dogs with, but I've had no problem.

I bought this lead for my two Yorkshire Terriers, my previous double walker lead gave them too much width apart when walking on busy streets, which could be quite problematic. I have used twice so far. The lead is very strong with nighttime reflection for good visibility and very well made, overall good value for money. I would definitely recommend. Have used it in a busy town where the lower handle comes in really useful to keep them nice and safe. I also like that you can choose the distance you would like them to walk apart from each other. The length of the lead is also perfect because in quieter areas allows them to have more freedom but you can easily bring them closer to you if necessary. A very safe way to walk my two girls.

The lead arrived in no time and seems to be of good quality. I would have given the lead five stars if I could vary the length of the front parts a little more. We have two whippet x and one is larger than the other. The larger one needs a harness to attach the lead to as she otherwise pulls. The smaller dog hates to wear a harness and does not need one. For this reason her lead is attached to the collar. I made one side as long as possible for our little girl and the other one as short as possible for the other one. It sort of works but with just a few more centimeters variation it would have been perfect. In any case, great service and product. Thanks!

We have a jack russell x and a staffy/french bulldog x and they often switch sides during the walk tangling their leads or pulling our arms in different directions. Since this lead arrived, no more tangles, very happy with it as it is fully adjustable for their heights. The traffic handle works really well as the little one is very unpredictable near the road or near children .

Really good lead for walking two dogs as it does not tangle. Having two handles is very handy when needing to walk the dogs close to you. I used this lead while at a doggie event and it was great. Its good that there are different size options. I have chihuahuas and the small is ok for them, though it is a little heavier than I would like but the dogs walked ok in it all day. I would recommend this lead.

Easy to use with a little bit of getting used to (for me!). II think your dogs would need to be reasonably well behaved to manage as it obviously means they're attached together so could mean strangling one another if they're both little terrors. Makes walking much easier for my two who are different sizes as they don't get themselves wrapped around me and avoids constantly swapping leads between hands.

This has to be the BEST double lead I've ever bought! The first plus is the swivel join that stops the two dogs getting tangled when they cross pass each other. I didn't once have to stop and un twist the lead! The second handle further down the lead is an absolute God send when nearing roads or traffic, I can easily just hold it and keep the dogs close in a second. Lovely padded handles and a good extra long and strong lead. Altogether well made and I will never look back at the others I have bought before

Great product, I was concerned ordering something like this without actually seeing it first. I wanted to make sure it was strong and robust so my dogs wouldn't come to any harm. I have to say it's fantastic, very sturdy indeed and great to have the dual handles so I have total control whilst we're out

Great lead for two. The rotating connector stops the two from tangling. The ability to change the length of each side makes it ideal for either same size dogs or two different size dogs like ours. The dual handle is both comfortable and excellent for control close the roads etc

Good strong lead for big dogs, feels secure. Will be great for those short walkies when travelling.

I have two large dogs (Akita cross and a German shepherd) and i find i can walk them far easier than with other leads because of the handle that is near the coupling link it gives me more control. It's a good strong lead.

This is a brilliant double ended lead. Adjustable lengths to aid different sized dogs. It has made such a difference to me and my dogs. It's comfortable to hold and it has two handles for close heel or extra length if you like your dogs out front. It doesn't tangle and is sturdy, well made product. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a double ended lead.

Really strong and long.love the wee handle nearer the dogs end to grab on to .my 2 standard poodles are quite strong.This is fab.😆
