Works perfectly, and when I needed help with the setup, Sam from customer support was incredibly helpful!

The app does not work
The log in, the app is not working. I tried by phone and computer and after a couple of days that I registered and was able to log in. It stoped working. I will have to return it.

This time clock is a solid option for a small business that wants simple fingerprint tracking without monthly fees. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it to WiFi and the cloud system did not take long. The fingerprint reader is responsive and works reliably once employees are enrolled. The cloud dashboard and mobile app make it easy to review punches, adjust rules, and manage employees remotely. I like that changes sync quickly without needing to be physically at the device. The interface is clean and understandable, even for users who are not very technical. It works best on a stable 2.4G WiFi network, and once configured, it runs consistently day to day. Overall, this is a practical and cost effective time clock for small teams that want fingerprint tracking and remote management without ongoing subscription costs.

Bad Purchase
Good materials and easy to program BUT. Not efficient at all, gives you incorrect or unclear information, terrible or non-existent technical support or videos.
